For proper biblical understanding and clear spiritual vision, believers must have a grasp on the nature of grace. God offers it to us whether we deserve it or not; He even extends it to those who haven’t been saved. Our behavior has nothing to do with receiving grace; our faith has everything to do with it. Salvation has been made available to everyone on the planet, even to those who haven’t been born again. Jesus died for sinners; God is now appealing to mankind to accept Him and believe in what He did for all of us. Falling from grace isn’t falling into sin the way religion tells us, but instead it’s falling back into self-effort and trusting in ourselves more than in God.
